Good lead dietitians for the area (and director or clinical operations) that will support and help you when needed. CEU reimbursement and yearly license fees are reimbursed. Mileage reimbursement if a longer drive. Free mental health/therapy visits through an app.

Cons

Just like any skilled nursing job, buildings are very hit and miss and some are good and some are terrible. health insurance cost is really high. Good plans available but really expensive, seems like there is no portion paid by employer

Cons

Underpaid, understaffed. Low budgets and high turnover ratio.

I did get to do things how I wanted for the most part.

Cons

When it came down to taking stock of the offer; I was offered an Account Manager position at a pay point that was better than my job at the time, once I handed in my notice at the company, they came back saying that they could only offer me roughly $2 more per hour than what I was leaving compared to the $10 more per hour I was told. 2. I was going to work 4x 10 hour days, I started and the 2nd day was told I was going to work 4x14 hour days and a 10 hour day. 3. The benefits I left at the previous company were better priced, HCSG was going to take 1/2 my bi weekly paychecks too cover me and my small family, as compared to the previous company that took 1/4 bi weekly.
