Don't Waste Your Time

Pros

Great on paper. Good manuals and training materials. Good cleaning methodologies.

Cons

Treats employees like indentured servants. Allows incompetent and petty people to assume leadership positions. Regional Managers don't help, only hound, and only care about staying in the inner circle and on good terms with the big boys. Don't keep their promises and have ridiculous system of nitpicking discipline that degrades and discourages employees. Exploit people at the bottom of wage earners. Complete lack of transparency with employees and managers. Account managers ground down and given poor support. Buildings are understaffed.

The pay was alright for a starting position.

Cons

Nobody in the company cares about you. The hours are terrible. They expect you to work nights and days and get paid a little salary. The company is just terrible. No benefits you can afford.

Pros

I enjoy creating a clean home like environment for our many residents. There are few jobs where you can immediately see the benifits of the work you accomplish. All of the upper management understands the stress and hard work that comes with running a sucessful building. Everyone at account manager or above has run at least one of their own buildings. I enjoy working with the team I have put together. You can go as high in the company as you desire, as long as you willing to put in the work.

Cons

There are times when it is required to work long hours. Benifits are expensive.
