      Pros

      This is a very stable company with a fantastic long term outlook. There are menu opportunities for advancement. The recent growth has been nothing short of phenomenal. Management is always receptive to the concerns of the employees. I have worked here for may years and I always know what is expected of me.

      Great starting pay. If you love helping others and making a difference in their lives, then being in a managed care company like Healthfirst is the right place to be.
