      Healthfirst is a great place to learn about managed care however communication could be much better.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to learn different aspects of government sponsored managed care. It is a stable work environment with opportunities to move up the ranks and move to different departments.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between senior management and lower level employees especially can make the job difficult. When business decisions are made, there is not much thought into how it will impact other things down the line.
