Wonderful people, great benefits, good compensation and competitive bonus structure. Healthfirst is a growing company that is leading the market. The mission, vision and values make it a rewarding place to work for. I have the opportunity to give back to my community by working for a company who provides quality care and truly puts the member first. Excellent growth and learning opportunity. This is where you want to be if you want to play a part in making history in the healthcare industry.

Cons

It's a rapidly growing company so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work. It's a very fast paced environment but the pros stated above outweigh the cons.

You will learn a lot in this fast-paced environment. There's a lot of opportunity to move laterally among the departments as long as the individual applies themselves.

Cons

Advancement is tough as career path is not properly defined. Vertical movement is limited as a result and employee retention suffers as a result
