Pros

This was a great place to learn about the Managed Care business and gain experience in Medicaid and Medicare. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement up to a certain point and great educational experiences. The compensation packages are also really competitive. I had a really good experience here up until some management changes.

Cons

There is not a great work/life balance. There also seems to be a bit of a disconnect between upper and lower management that can make for toxic departmental attitudes. I also found that any requests for education were difficult outside of the existing choices.

Recruitment/HR and Onboarding makes new hires feel welcome and excited about the position. Facility is located with easy commute. Benefits kick in quick!

Cons

A little bit of disconnect among all management within departments. Preferential treatment to some employees not necessarily based on experience. No set career trajectory to be shared with new employees.
