Pros

It's a job, with a (low) salary. At this point, I'd say the only pro is the generous amount of paid time off (far above average) but I'm sure they're researching ways to cut back on this as I type this review.

Cons

Poor, uncommunicative management, super fast expansion with little regard for employee workload. Projects are piled on, yet salaries do not reflect increased workload or seniority. Technologically behind, with slow laptops and non reliable systems. No opportunities for advancement or training.
