      Very challenging in terms of work but not so generous in terms of growth

      Offers opportunities to learn a lot about healthcare and technology.

      Cons

      Very little training is given, but a lot is expected if you work in a functional area. Not a whole lot of feedback given on your performance. Database is designed in a horrible way, which requires a lot of time wasted gathering information and leads to frustrations among other things

      Healthfirst is a small and friendly place to work, you can do your job in peace and quiet with no one looking over you shoulder.

      Cons

      It's a company you can't move up unless you know somebody, and they pay you little money with the work you do for them.
