Great Mission, Changing Lives, Everyone Knows Each Other, Leading Company in Our Space.

Cons

Slavish adherence to old processes that worked when the company was small, but prevent us from getting things done now that we're big. Information Technology outmoded and most systems are old but band-aided up the wazoo to keep them going. We use programs that no one else uses anymore---maybe there's a good reason no one else uses these programs? Too many silos.
