A Great Place to Get a Start in Technology

* The people - a lot of very nice, competent professionals * Freedom to bring ideas forward no matter what your position in the company * Exposure to a lot of different technologies and projects * Fun company outings and team building activities

Cons

* Pay is below market * Little room for career growth * Too many unengaged VPs and SVPs; very top heavy * Poor resource planning; large projects will be announced without advanced planning for staffing

Coworkers are great. The work helps people receive better healthcare and benefits people at risk for health problems. Company employee events.

Cons

Moving away from employee centered to profit focused since merger. Compensation is below regional averages. No single team is able to affect all the metrics on which the bonuses are based which creates an us vs them environment. Top heavy leadership structure.

- Not perfect, but the tools employees have access to are pretty user-friendly. - Medical, company bonus, and 401K benefits are pretty solid. - Talented and hard-working co-workers.

Cons

- Company has had three different presidents in the past 2 years. (CEO has been with the company for a while.) - My particular position's base starting salary is not great.
