The female provider is absurdly rude to her employees. I was fired for not answering her phone call at 730pm on a friday. Im not sure what i was suppose to help her with as her office is an all paper office so i cant look anything up. I didnt have office keys to access anything. The provider only has one assistant and expects you to see all the patients and take all phone calls and send all medications and faxes and PAs all on your own and go through a pile of faxes thats 1 foot tall and never deminishes. The office is very short staffed and inefficient. For instance for labs we just threw all the patients lab orders in a drawer with no filing system so when the pt shows up were digging through the drawer looking for an order. I asked for a file folder and never got one. Countless other scenarios. But having the doctor states that you look absent minded but can do the job in front of a pt and the pt looks at me uncomfortably. Not to mention calling me fat in front of pts and touching my belly saying i would look great if i just lost my stomach. The provider would also wait until friday to approve medication refills so we had patients screaming at us over the phone daily. I could go on..
