Employees are great people; very smart Laid-back culture and casual dress code Services offered are interesting and help improve health care quality

Cons

Management style is demeaning to employees - many (not all) lead by fear - it's systemic Many employees are required to work long hours in order to be seen as "successful"

Pros

Great place for adrenaline junkies; work is very fast paced. Never a shortage of work to be completed, and they hire incredibly intelligent people.

Cons

Employees were not given the credit for the work they did; company had a tendency to switch gears and expect employees to roll with the punches without management giving the proper level of support. There seemed to be a lot of 'hidden agendas' among management, and they tended to play favorites heavily.
