Pros

Great people, extensive training was provided and the and a no-cap earning potential.

Cons

Most management are legacy employees with little interest in technology and growth. The same sales ideas were circulated every two years and there was very little innovation. New technology is a novelty for this company.

Pros

Fair benefits, great base, company that is in a transition between print and digital. Managers were good, hard working people, but we're limited to products that that did not really help small business success in their digital marketing campaigns.

Cons

No clear direction for digital media account executives. Sub par products in the market place that were not competitive.

Pros

About 6 month ago, we attained Mike DeLuca as our, SVP at Hearst Digital Media Services & President at LocalEdge, since then our company has grown leaps and bounds by creating a new culture.

Cons

OH, did I mention I just returned from a companywide meeting, all-inclusive four days, three nights in Port St. Lucie, Florida? Wait, that's not a con, lol, guess I don't have one...
