Pros

I do not see any pros to working at this company

Cons

Unattainable sales quota's, constant over lap by other reps, lacks lead generation, no CRM tool, changes comp plan on a whim. This division (Hearst Media Services) isn't making year over year profits, revenue continues to decline.
