Pros

The offices are big and there's a good work environment. There are some great perks associated with working in the Hearst Tower like the very affordable cafeteria or a great gym fully equipped.

Cons

HR staff could be more helpful and attentive. The company isn't environmentally or socially conscious enough for my standards, it isn't easy to recycle.

Great people but only an "OK" employer

Pros

Great people & decent office space

Cons

Pay is below average for most roles and the "offsets/fringe benefits," like a set schedule & health benefits, are diminishing. Little to no professional development offered and basically no opportunities to grow. HR team in CLT is not active.
