Pros

nice gym and cafe fun perks

Cons

absolutely full of mean girls from high school. people are vapid and materialistic. reprimanded and questioned for overtime hours even though the pay is terrible. the industry is changing. just let everyone know their shelf life for print.

Pros

great opportunity to receive a hefty comp plan (as of 2016), promoted quickly under the right management team

Cons

most recent management is brutal, can blame you for not reaching goals which can be unattainable, misunderstanding of changing media outlets and difference in local market, takes good employees for granted, doesn't recognize great talent or ethical minded employees
