- Provides the proper tools and training to be succesful - Competitive in the DMA

Cons

- Working in the broadcast industry can be damaging to one's personal life and relationships. You have to love what you are doing or it will always be uphill.

Salary was good, and the talent was strong on almost every team.

Cons

The culture was unapologetically cutthroat, and expectations were absurdly high given the resources allocated. Felt depressing to go to work every day.
