It was a high energy atmosphere. There appeared to be room to grow. The people were pleasant and everyone seemed to take pride in their work.

Cons

At times it was a bit chaotic. Procedures changed frequently and everyone wasn't always on the same page. The confusion sometimes hindered the work flow.
