Business Outlook
Pros
Good upper management. Very little overhead. Management is very supportive, something I cannot say about my previous employers. The staff at the office, the company owner, the regional director and the Director of residential are very approachable. Salary is relatively better compared to other companies of the same kind. Also, the residents are the reason why we have our jobs, and they're absolutely great. They're like family away from home.
Cons
With very few exceptions, staff can often be unreliable i.e. calling out on a last minute on the weekend, or no call no show. Also, a lot of high school drama can happen among staff. A LOT.
