Pros
The Hearth Communities (buildings) are lovely and well maintained. Forging relationships with the residents that live at Hearth Communities is the best part about the Company.
Cons
The environment is highly unprofessional and high-school like. Management is more focused on numbers and occupancy and less on creating a work environment that drives teamwork and camaraderie. The lack of professionalism on every level (at least in one CT community) was pervasive and made the work environment less than tolerable. Management was so out of touch that they did not realize that the very high amount of turn over was based on the horrific management, or lack thereof.
