Pros

There are no pros for this company

Cons

Vets have been fired for no valid reason. The PM screams at the vets, vet techs and office staff typically in front if customers. Who do they think the are with their high school degree. The Head of HR has been contacted and has not investigated anything about the toxic environment and the company is violating many labor laws in the state and have been reported. We think the company wants to get rid of the practice so they're firing people with zero warning. People who have never had write ups in all their years of working there.

Pros

There is always someone you can reach out to if you have a problem or need help with something

Cons

Management is toxic, do not let staff speak on their own behalf when other staff come to them with a problem, poor benefits in comparison to other corporations

Pros

The RDO’s that I have been employed under have always been helpful

Cons

Every one higher up than RDO’s don’t listen to you. They are money hungry. They cover up extremely concerning practices for doctors so they can continue to profit. Extremely toxic management. Lie about the changes they “promise” to make. Despite quarterly price increases - staff sees no change in appreciation (verbal, physical, or monetary). They have made it very clear they don’t care about staff, clients, or patients, as long as the doctor is bringing in an adequate amount of profit. They show no concern for doctors practicing horrible and incorrect medicine, considering they promise medical autonomy this is extreme disheartening and concerning.
