Pros

The team you work with is geat.

Cons

Personnel who are let go for no reason are treated like convicts. I always thought that a company will give you notice if they were going to let you go. But if you are layoff or fired you get walked out the same day. If you last 2 years start looking for a job. ....you will be let go without a notice before your third year.

Good place to start at but if you're perceptive enough, you'll learn not to stay.

Pros

- it's not as difficult to get your foot in the door - they try to have small events that bring the employees together - very much EOE - CEO appears to have some interest in helping employees be more financially sound

Cons

- non-CEO management does not share information with other members of management - high turnover - cliques - waste of resources is tolerated
