Pros

Encouragement to seek out new opportunities and access to in-house support services which allow for maximizing each other's talents. Wonderful new building. Free parking and an excellent, free fitness center.

Cons

The workplace is not close to Metro making for a lengthy commute via Metro train and bus. Staff seem a bit frustrated by administration's perceived lack of communication.

Pros

The team you work with is geat.

Cons

Personnel who are let go for no reason are treated like convicts. I always thought that a company will give you notice if they were going to let you go. But if you are layoff or fired you get walked out the same day. If you last 2 years start looking for a job. ....you will be let go without a notice before your third year.
