Great team of people around you for support. Management, in my experience, have always listened and acted on feedback. Hard work is not only seen, but acknowledged and rewarded. Flexibility if required. As long as notice has been given, I've never had a day off, annual leave etc rejected. Room for personal and professional development. From what I've witnessed, as long as people show initiative and want to develop themselves, Hanson will support as much as they can.

Cons

Only real con is the working hours. However, for me this impact is reduced by remuneration and rewards of putting in the hours.
