Decent car scheme. Good line manager, and the work itself was enjoyable.

Cons

It isn't what you know its who you know. Work like balance not great - if certain people ask you for something at 4.59pm you are expected to do it regardless of your own life. Some of the senior leaders show incredible arrogance and not so much ability.
