      Good pay, good exposure. They are flexible on sick days but there could be challenging since its up to manager decision. Work life balance therefore could be affected.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility 10 days PTOs are hard to keep up with the market. Benefits are good but can do better.

      Hard for promotion due to favoritism in the department. Leave for this reason.

      Really early starts (4am onwards), working on phones all day, restricted to timed breaks.
