- The people. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I believe a company's strongest asset is their employees and Lehigh Hanson has that. - Training Opportunities. It's Mandatory to take at least 24 hours of training during company time. Each I.T full time employee is provided an annual training budget to assist with this. - Ability for advancement within the organization. VP of I.T encourages staff to challenge themselves and take risks by assuming roles in other teams (business or I.T) - Pay/Benefits. Excellent benefits, pay on par or better than average
