In the 11+ years I have been with the company I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn a lot of different skills and take on different roles. The atmosphere is positive and diverse. Lots of opportunity to grow.

Cons

Resource constraints sometimes make it difficult to accomplish tasks.

Ok salary. Uniforms. Boots. Easy job most the time. Good vacations. Good overtime and call out pay. They provide Most power tools.

Cons

Hard to get help when needed. Elect department is always short handed. Environment is really bad. Safety can be pretty bad at times.
