      Control from the group has increased dramatically and destroys any local initiative. Increasing costs do not follow prices leading to ever more cost cutting

      Pros

      Lehigh Hanson takes pride in it's employees. This is a company you can grow with. They are very flexible when it comes to a work/life balance.

      Cons

      In my personal experience, the only con was the training in my particular roles throughout the years. Because of my knowledge and length of time with the company I've had the ability to grasp on fairly quickly, but this is an area the company should invest more into. Now I do see it getting better, but still needs to be a priority for it's new hires.
