The people who work there are great made some good friends Some managers are very nice very helpful

Cons

They promise progression but will only give jobs to people whos face fit in. It’s who you know not what you know or what experience you bring in this organisation. Micro managed Treated like kids Some managers will only speak to you when they need a favour that benefits them only Manager of training team is horrible 1 CSL for SE area is another one who goes on like he owns the place lol Parking is not the best No canteen on site - they do have a van that pops in but not a great variety and lil bit expensive Long hours - 40 hrs a week
