Pros
Great Pay. Job keeps you busy, knowledge of the industry is not needed because you will learn it. They try to get you 40 hour minimum on inclement weather days when work is slow.
Cons
When there is work, its long days. Best to clear your personal schedule on those days, there isn't much of a work life balance. You must be cut from a different cloth to work in the industry but the feeling of accomplishment you get from a busy days work is one that you will not get elsewhere.
