      Plenty of OT available Hourly Pay is good for the area Good group of guys that work there

      Cons

      Never seems to improve on plant efficiency Penny pinching on plant projects or fixes Management always looking to point finger at hourly personnel for plant issues

      Absolutely no management. Training is negligible. “One Team” when it suits. Happy to throw you under the bus. Everyone looks to blame one another. Say that they support staffs careers however for young or minorities there is absolutely no chance of promotion.
