Pros

$500 annual fitness incentive and PTO

Cons

Little to no training, expected to pay back “sign-on” incentive which is really a retention incentive

Pros

Staff who work in the programs are usually pretty great and care about people in recovery.

Cons

If you take a look at every single person in administration, there is such a lack of diversity. Most of administration is completely disconnected from the programs and are ignorant to the problems within their own programs. If you are wise, you would avoid working at Helio. Also pretty low pay, if you look on public salaries, you’ll see that the CEO and admin keep giving themselves raises every single year while denying employees livable wages
