* Well-established processes and constantly improving. * Data-driven mindset. * Plenty of opportunities to learn. * Defined career progression framework. * Plenty of room to breathe and self-develop. * Attention to detail and well-conceived product initiatives.

Cons

* Larger product. Which makes it difficult to learn all the moving parts. * As it is a well-established environment, it can get boring sometimes. * Colleagues get assigned to teams, the team doesn't have a word on who comes and who doesn't. * A bit of individualism can be felt, but I guess that is normal in bigger environments.
