Good amount of sensible work and work culture. 4. Ability to write RFC, ADR's and contributing the value driven businees

1. Engineers are expected to perform with multiple hats of Support Engineering, Unblocking the ambiguities raised as part of product roadmap glitches, adapting to change of requirements on faster paced environment are challenging, it may not be a con, but sometime it is an hectic and fear-mongering environment.

- A very unstable company, you are always trying just to survive. you always have the fear of being fired. - Are you a rude and a person who wants to pretend workaholic? nice! you are very welcome to our poisoning and toxic atmosphere ... - Every one feels being a manager! you never know who you should report to! they have strong problems in this matter ... - They run feedback cycles every quarter or every six month, just to stick some things to you to fire you! - They are backfilling in Poland, so they are firing people and they are backfilling in Poland, because Poland is cheaper! - They have work council department, but work council and their opinions are just like a mockery! - A company with the poorest culture and atmosphere - You will never feel belonging to this company and your team. every morning you will feel that this is your first day in this company and you don't know anyone, even your teammates. such a cold and senseless atmosphere ...
