Pros
I’ve enjoyed working with a talented and supportive team in an international environment where I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful global initiatives. The fast-paced nature of the business has allowed me to learn a lot, take ownership, and develop professionally. If you’re proactive and enjoy solving problems, there are plenty of opportunities to make a real impact.
Cons
On the downside, the workload can be very demanding, and priorities often change quickly, making it challenging to balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution. Career progression can feel wayyyyyy slower than expected, and clearer communication around promotions, organizational changes, and leadership decisions would improve the employee experience. At times, resources don’t keep pace with expectations, which can lead to increased pressure on teams.
