Pros
- The business is growing fast and offers many opportunities for creativity and growth. - The office is full of young, but extremely talented and smart people who want to make a change. - Great company spirit thanks to very dynamic HR efforts -- Everyone is passionate and feels part of a family. Other perks: - Heavily discounted HelloFresh boxes, Friday lunches and many company outings every week. - 19 Days PTO (in addition to sick days) + great health insurance + 3 months paternity / maternity leave.
Cons
- The business is growing so fast it is difficult to maintain a reasonable work/life balance. Everyone works very hard, late at night, and sometimes on weekends. Many people work for 2 because the business needs grow faster than new hirings. Expectations for results are very ambitious and can cause a lot of stress. - Salaries don't reflect the level of responsibility and hard work everyone demonstrates. - The close relationship with the German headquarters and the lack of flexibility from the global teams can slow down progress and generate frustration.

I started as a fresh grad and it's been an amazing journey. Key things I love about HelloFresh: - Data driven decision making - People don't take no for an answer, they will find a way to make things work - Continuous innovation and trying to challenge every part of day-to-day business. If you don't embrace change, not sure if it's right HelloFresh is right for you. - Work hard play hard mentality. - Weekly basketball/football game.
Cons
- The main thing to adjust to is the just in time mentality in most of the departments. Sometimes can be quite stressful
