- A very unstable company, you are always trying just to survive. you always have the fear of being fired. - Are you a rude and a person who wants to pretend workaholic? nice! you are very welcome to our poisoning and toxic atmosphere ... - Every one feels being a manager! you never know who you should report to! they have strong problems in this matter ... - They run feedback cycles every quarter or every six month, just to stick some things to you to fire you! - They are backfilling in Poland, so they are firing people and they are backfilling in Poland, because Poland is cheaper! - They have work council department, but work council and their opinions are just like a mockery! - A company with the poorest culture and atmosphere - You will never feel belonging to this company and your team. every morning you will feel that this is your first day in this company and you don't know anyone, even your teammates. such a cold and senseless atmosphere ...

Filed religious discrimination complaint, but was blown off

Discount on product, pto is fair.

Cons

There is little room to grow as a manager. They will weed you out if you are not liked. They keep those around who are a threat for fear of DEI. I was moved to a shift that did not exist so they could keep an eye on me. Knowing my religious affiliation, they put me on a special schedule that accommodated Sundays off, despite I never requested the exemption. I worked nights to avoid special treatment. So, they did me a "favor". Which meant I did not work with my team. 25% of the week. Which makes it look like I got special treatment. They then hounded me all the time, despite our improvements. No support from my manager, then I was put on a PIP, and termed. My boss said I'd be happier elsewhere. No, I'd be happier not being unemployed.

• HR is disorganized and gives inconsistent information • Background check delays are not communicated clearly or honestly • Offered a job and start date, then left waiting for weeks with no action • No accountability when their process causes financial or professional harm • Candidates are treated like they’re disposable — no urgency or respect for your time • You’re expected to sit in limbo with no real timeline or support
