      - People: very open-minded, motivated, and talented people - Working atmosphere: strong feeling of togetherness, lots of cultural events - Contribution: you can actually have an impact, flat hierarchies, fast decisions - Growth potential of the business - The product: it's about fresh food! And you get a discount on the boxes! - International set-up and exposure

      - You need to be structured because a lot of processes are not yet well defined - The fastest solution is not always the best: some decisions feel a bit rushed - There is room for personal growth, however, you have to be very proactive

      Pros

      Great places for hourly. Great place to learn things not to do as a manager or supervisor

      Cons

      Long hours: work life balance is nonexistent. Terrible leadership from Richmond CA to NYC NY. Directors (or corporate) at all levels are not people friendly. Ensures to make employees lives more difficult, as it is a work first environment. Pay is low. Poor guidance from boss (not a leader model) Does not follow state and federal laws. Facilities work but corporate office does not work on the weekends. No assistant from corporate office.
