Pros
HelloFresh is an extremely dynamic environment. The best things about working here are the growth and opportunities available for people willing to build. The business is very agile and willing to improve things, as we go. If you see a process or program that could be improved, people are open to working with you to make it better. The business is growing VERY quickly, and hiring to keep up with the growth. Most of the management were promoted from within.
Cons
Sometimes, changes could be better prepared, planned-for, and/or communicated-- it has gotten better, but still an area for a lot of improvement. If you do not like change, or building things yourself-- this may not be the place for you. Sometimes, there is a lot of ambiguity and you have to figure things out on the fly.
