      Pros

      Supportive & Cross collaborative environment. Young-ish management! Transparency from leadership team. Weekly company meetings. Catered lunches on Fridays. Beer on tap & wine at everyone's desks.

      Cons

      The company is still growing and building new processes. The work is challenging and subject to frequent change. I wouldn't call this a con. But if you're used to a regimented curriculum of work, this isn't your place.

      Offices are nice and the team is great to work with. Working hours are convenient for students. Good office parties and events.

      Cons

      Poor training. Lack of support dealing with difficult customers from Team Leaders.
