I've read some of the reviews here at Glassdoor and frankly, I beg to differ. I been working for this company for several months and I have no complaints. The supervisors are helpful, the staff is incredibly respectful, and I love the fact that I can independently work on my own without being poked at or have a supervisor hovering over me. Very independent atmosphere, friendly, and the discounted boxes are to die for!

Cons

I haven't personally experienced any downsides. I feel that the company has trained me well and I really hope that they continue to improve as all companies should.

Pros

- very young and motivated team - opportunities to grow within the organisation - given the fact that it's still a young company you can actively have an impact on the development of the business - not only the business but the processes grow and improve constantly which is great to see - benefits such as discounted boxes, flexible work arrangements (HF offers casual/Part- or Full-Time depending on availability and preferences) - casual atmosphere (no need to wear a suit etc.!) - Heaps of opportunities for visa holders as well as for Australians

Cons

- sometimes responsibilities are not 100% clear as the business has grown so rapidly and in some areas we're still working on getting a better structure

Good discount on food and regular parties, although customer care are seen as secondary in both of these

Cons

Childish hipsters dominate the management more concerned with what happened in Love Island than the fake popularity contest they call management. The acots from the old PG tips adverts would do a better job (the chimps)
