Pros

I loved working here. They offered lots of overtime and the management team was amazing.

Cons

As a temp they will just let you go and say it was due to poor performance. When the busy season was over the offered a lot of VTO and it was either take it or don't take it and risk being let go for not meeting your daily requirements. Either way it went they still let us go and it was not right.

>You get to work with a group of really smart, hard working people. >Team culture is really strong, team members go out of their way to help each other even after you have left. >The buisness model is really innovative so the projects you are working on are new and exciting.

Cons

>There are some very long hours but no one is forcing this upon the team. >Often a little disorganised regarding org structure. >Sometimes not enough thought put into new hires and their roles and where they sit within the buisness.
