Heavy discount on boxes Plenty of shifts to choose from Relaxed environment Free coffee/tea/snacks No dress code

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE! This place is petty, petty, petty! Unless you are one of the "popular kids", you are set up to be uncomfortable until you quit or are fired. Management sucks and are not trained! People have sex to make their way to the top. Don't work here unless you're desperate!

Pros

Discount on boxes. Not a lot of red tape. If the hiring manager likes you, regardless of experience , you will get hired.

Cons

No work life balance. Low pay. Ran by Germans who don't understand or care about American culture. No clear communication or expectations. CEO Manages by feelings. Lots of Micro managing, impulse decisions, and firing based on these. If you are not young, not bother

Pros

The atmosphere at HelloFresh is electric, inviting, and as close to a family as I have felt in a work environment. An office filled with talent and drive.

Cons

Turn around time can be tight, and hours can occasionally be long. Not much else to say there though.
