      Pros

      Incredible start-up environment. If you are looking for something fast paced - where an idea will be put into action by the end of day, then HelloFresh would be perfect for you. That is something that larger corporations around the area will not be able to offer. I'm glad to be a part of it. We also go on company outings (basketball games, spin classes, white water rafting, team lunches, happy hours). Always a fun time at the office.

      Favouritism, you get away with things only if you like by the management.They don't employ you based on your work rate, as long as they like you,they'll employ you.Mnagement only recognise anything positive that you do.Racist,nothing in place to help employees to progress.

      Brilliant people in an extremely fast-paced environment. Tons of development opportunities. Many - fun - team events almost every week. Lots of support for pro-active employees: if you have a good idea and would like to realize it, there's no limit to what you can do. I love changing the way people eat, forever.

      The usual growing pains of any start-up: less structure, less clear job descriptions
