Overall great company atmosphere and culture. Upper management has learned to care for employee opinion as well as acknowledge achievements. Work hard, play hard- offers tons of company sponsored events such as yoga/gym sessions, friday team lunch, team building activities outside of work, baskeball, free snacks every week, kayaking, charity events, etc. These events tend to boost overall company morale and makes everyone want to come into work the next day.

HelloFresh truly is a dynamic company. Management is extremely welcoming and constantly reaching out to get to know any new employees. The meal kit field is extremely interesting, and you get exposed to work in Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, and just about anything else you can imagine. No two days will be the same, and I mean that in the best way. There are definitely roles here, but everyone's responsibilities will overlap at times, where you have to be creative to get the job done. Lastly, the people are the best part of HelloFresh. Ambitious but welcoming, it's easy to come to work every day.
