      Learning opportunity for young professionals

      Pros

      - Great team culture in the NYC office - Lots of opportunity to learn and develop - Great responsibility at young age All in all a great place to work and develop as a young professional as long as you don't have too many financial obligations.

      Cons

      - Equity only for people that are really high up, means upside of a fast growing startup only for very few people - Salary compensates for part of this but not everything - Lots of changes in reporting lines and procedures

      Pros

      -HelloFresh is working on cultivating their company and it has really shown! -Truly a work hard play hard mentality. There will be days where you come in early and leave late, but with events like basketball, monthly happy hours, spin class, escape the room and catered lunches, etc. it truly makes the hard work worth it. -Development is huge - you have the opportunity to take on cutting edge projects that you wouldn't be able to at much larger corporations. -Dotted line to upper management.

      Cons

      Being in a high growth company, everything is constantly moving very quickly. That said, it's pretty crazy in a start up type of way. There is definitely no hand holding and people take it on differently. If you're the type of person that needs dedicated training and hand holding, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They always try to make the job as worthwhile and fun as possible. You can really talk to management if there are any issues and it is a great place to progress with your career. They also have great parties and after work activities. You can get discounted boxes and there is always some form of free food floating about the office!

      Cons

      Pay could be better for full time members of CC. Sometimes there needs to be more structure - HelloFresh still has a startup feel to it, so things can change from one day to the next so you have to adapt. For this reason you also have to be quite hands on- don't expect anyone else to do something for you, as you are quite often left to figure things out on your own.
