It's a job and you will get paid

Cons

There is no care about employees, no recognition nothing positive. You will work and sell your soul for a company that is winning quick and cutting every benefit or perk.

Pros

Direct leadership is supportive and helpful. Team members are hard working and reliable. Pay was competitive, Remote work

Cons

No transparency from leadership. There is a lot of phonies who make everything seem wonderful and that you're appreciated. Then they suddenly lay off half of the department with no warning and no explanation. Employees are treated like trash-disposable and worthless. They are in a downward spiral. Do not apply here.

Great People but Overall Bad

Pros

- Everyone is very nice and kind - Office lunches and happy hours - Management provides helpful feedback - Age range for employees skews younger (23-40)

Cons

- Complaints or Suggestions are rarely actioned on - Work-life balance is poor (oftentimes employees are working 1-2 hours before and after work) - Management picks favorites and will promote those most willing to sacrifice their work-life balance - Many times fellow employees have told to me they are crying weekly or every other week due to stress - Unorganized software (most work done through G-Sheets) - Management is constantly changing (new managers were a quarterly occurrence) - Anonymous feedback has been shown to not be anonymous on several occasions
