Pros

Benefits are nice, great deal on product.

Cons

Closed campus; salaried employees expected to work 48 hours a week and HR is unaware of this and as a result submitting PTO requests are problematic and complicated; HelloFresh want to be Amazon so bad it is detrimental to overall morale; working environment is nearly freezing.

Was to an extent family oriented depending on management or manager.

Cons

Doesn’t stick to policy and procedures, doesn’t old associates accountable by following the attendance policy and they don’t have their own hellofresh employees backs, they don’t stick to contract agreements either and they are constantly changing things every few months.
