The experience of our employees is very important to us at HelloFresh, and we are sorry to see that there was room for improvement during your tenure on the sales team. We are constantly working to incorporate useful and interesting ways to train our sales team members including weekly webinars, the use of our online learning management systems, and training designed specifically to develop our Sales Managers into the best managers that they can be. While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, depending on one’s availability and preferences. In the last 12 months we made changes to our overtime policy, however this was communicated to all existing team members and they were provided with new contracts reflecting this. If you believe there has been an error in your pay we recommend you reach out to the Sales Manager at your former location to confirm if a pay adjustment is required. Than you again for sharing this review, we take feedback like this very seriously and have shared this with the HR team who work directly with the HelloFresh sales team.

Pros

Good discount offered on the boxes and good bonus offered at end of year.

Cons

Upper management has no fresh food experience and the pay is lower than the competition. Unorganized to the point every day is long and understaffed so management has to pick up the slack constantly. Don't plan on having a life outside here since the schedule is so unpredictable. Weekends are no longer yours either. The building is also refrigerated so you're cold all day.

Pros

I've read some of the reviews here at Glassdoor and frankly, I beg to differ. I been working for this company for several months and I have no complaints. The supervisors are helpful, the staff is incredibly respectful, and I love the fact that I can independently work on my own without being poked at or have a supervisor hovering over me. Very independent atmosphere, friendly, and the discounted boxes are to die for!

Cons

I haven't personally experienced any downsides. I feel that the company has trained me well and I really hope that they continue to improve as all companies should.
